A Tale of Two Re-Sets: Two Team Developments For Review August 15, 2024
Field of Study: Professional Development Program Level: Overview 1 CPE
Time: 12:15 PM–1:15 PM Pacific Time
Speaker: Diane Fennig, Senior Consultant, Gallagher Executive Search and Leadership Advisors

Description

Somehow, everyone agrees, that these past few years have made an impact on how and where we work. We must continue to re-norm after the changes of 2020 along with vocalizing and internalizing the new directions and strategies. Retention is key to staff success. Experienced managers have confided that this has been a very difficult season in their leadership journey as they cannot un-ring the bell.

In this interactive session, two team development ideas will be detailed with customizable materials shared. The first, Operators Manual, will help you to re-norm your groups and re-introduce your teammates to each other. The second will focus attention on the individual players within your teams and their contributions in Stay Interview prompts to be used this fall. There will be time reserved for Q&A as well as other ideas shared for starting dialog.

If it is time for you to re-frame some of your team development work with a focus on retention, join us this August for this conversation.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Strategize for staff retention planning
  • Customize two potential staff development ideas for their teams
