Dear Business Partner:

I would like to thank you for participating in WACUBO’s Information Exchange Program in Salt Lake City, Utah in May.  Although it was a bit more intimate than usual, our early indications are that our business partners and members alike experienced unprecedented opportunities to network and share information.

Now, while the experience is fresh in your mind, I would like to give you the first opportunity to participate in the 2010 Western Association of College and University Business Officers (WACUBO) Annual Meeting.

Next year's meeting will be held from May 2 through May 5, 2010 in Anaheim California.  The conference will be held adjacent to Disneyland and California Adventure at the “original” Disneyland Hotel. The hotel has the feeling of magic wherever you turn. The fun and fantasy here will leave you with sweet dreams that always end happily ever after.  It is also conveniently located adjacent to the Downtown Disney® District where restaurants and shops abound.  Centrally located within Southern California, Anaheim is the regional hub for economic activity in Orange County and fast becoming a world-class business center. The City is known worldwide as a center for entertainment, tourism and convention activities.  It is a short driving distance to the ocean, the mountains and the bustling city of Los Angeles.  Transportation to Anaheim is easily accessible from a number of airports including John Wayne (Santa Ana), LAX, Ontario, Long Beach and Burbank.

As you already know, by participating in WACUBO's Information Exchange Program, you will develop contacts with the higher education administrators who make and influence the business decisions on their campuses.  These campuses encompass the thirteen western-most states in the U.S., Mexico and the western Canadian provinces.  You can expect to have an opportunity to meet more than 300 higher education administrators at every annual meeting.

In order to retain first priority to reserve booth space and sponsorships in advance, please contact Pat Oliver or Michael Catanzaro by phone or email. Click here for a copy of our 2010 Information Exchange Brochure.

I sincerely hope you will join us next year in Anaheim!  Please do not hesitate to email me or Michael Catanzaro if you would like additional information, or have questions regarding our worthwhile program.
