The Winter Management & Leadership Institute (WMLI) was launched in 2007 as a pilot institute to serve WACUBO’s small institution staff members, who could not attend WACUBO’s summer institutes. During the three years it was offered, 2007-2010, WACUBO found that registrations came from a wide variety of institutions and that attendance peaked in the opening year.
During this same time period, WACUBO has expanded its professional development workshops and the registration for those workshops has increased significantly through 2011.
As a result, the WACUBO Board of Directors has suspended WMLI until the results of a January 2012 WACUBO Member Needs Assessment can be analyzed. To be conducted by a third-party survey company, the needs assessment will provide data to guide decisions on professional development offerings. We are counting on your participation!
